All receipts that were stuck on or after Giving Tuesday have now been marked as unreceipted. We thank you for your patience while we worked to monitor and resolve this issue.

Identified

We've identified an issue where a subset of receipts generated from Canada Keela organisations are stuck in processing state. This is not affecting all receipting. We will continue to monitor this and will work to resolve all stuck receipts by EOD 3rd Dec.
